I announced on Wednesday that I was going to start holding Office Hours as an open forum where I can help someone work through a problem they’re having. This week I’ll be working with Phillip Cenn to get him started with Git. Our session begins at 3:00PM ET. Up to eight people can join into our Google+ Hangout. Well, we just wrapped up the first Office Hours and I thought it went reasonably well. Like I said above, the topic was on Git. I’m not a Git expert and I think that comes across, but part of the idea behind Office Hours is trying to figure out stuff I don’t know. The next Office Hours will be next Wednesday with the topic to be announced on Monday.
